Childhood, adolescent and young adult cancer survivors may develop treatment-induced hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction. Because of this risk, at-risk survivors may benefit from surveillance of hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction surveillance. This guideline describes the groups at risk and the surveillance recommended for this group
