This article aims to facilitate the implementation of long-term follow-up (LTFU) care and improve equality of care for childhood, adolescent, and young adult (CAYA) cancer survivors, the PanCareSurFup Guidelines Working Group developed evidence-based recommendations for the organization of LTFU

The article highlights the importance of LTFU care for current and future childhood cancer survivors, recommendations regarding the organization of LTFU care, personnel involved in LTFU care, components of LTFU care and the start of LTFU care are provided
