It’s easy to get caught up in the importance of the big accomplishments, but the #smallwins matter just as much, and even more, because they keep us going. Let's celebrate and honour ourselves, and our wins, together. Event Focus: We’ll explain how to use the #SmallWin tag on the server to share your daily victories, whether big or small, in any channel where it fits. The goal is to raise our confidence by recognizing the value of our everyday wins. By supporting each other, we empower ourselves to keep pushing forward and growing together.
