In this day and age, the world moves really fast, but mindfulness invites us to pause. To slow down. To be fully present. To accept and acknowledge our feelings, thoughts, worries and fears without suppressing or overanalyzing them. Whether you are managing stressful situations, experiencing scanxiety, or simply trying to quiet your monkey mind for a bit, this event is for you.
