As part of the PanCareFollowUp project and the EU-CAYAS-NET project, PanCare has developed the PLAIN language summaries about late effects and recommendations for long-term follow-up care. You can find the PLAIN summaries here: https://www.pancare.eu/plain-language-summaries/.
As the PLAIN materials are developed to inform survivors and caregivers about late effects, we want to hear from you how you experience using the PLAIN materials and how we can improve them.
