Published in February, this study aims to describe the burden of cancer in adolescents and young adults (AYAs) in Europe in terms of incidence and mortality.
The article “Cancer burden in Adolescents and young adults in Europe” highlights the care needs and requirements of AYA cancer patients and the necessity of ensuring that AYA-specialised services that provide homogeneous treatment across different countries are created to mitigate the increasing burden on AYA cancer patients.
