Enhancing Life for Childhood, Adolescent, and Young Adult Cancer Survivors: Join the European Map of LTFU Care!
The EU-CAYAS-NET project is dedicated to improving the quality of life for childhood, adolescent, and young adult (CAYA) cancer survivors across Europe. One key focus of this initiative is Task 3.5, which addresses the critical areas of late effects and long-term follow-up (LTFU) care. Until now, there has been no comprehensive overview of the LTFU care available in European countries—a gap the EU-CAYAS-NET project has worked to fill.
Mapping LTFU Care Across Europe
To tackle this challenge, the project conducted a survey of healthcare professionals across Europe. This survey gathered vital information about the current status and scope of LTFU care provided in various countries. The result? An interactive map hosted on the PanCare website, showcasing the availability and content of LTFU care across Europe.
This map serves as an invaluable resource for healthcare professionals, policymakers, and cancer survivors alike, promoting transparency and accessibility in LTFU care.
Get Involved: Represent Your Country or Center
Would you like to contribute to this growing resource? Ensure that your country and/or LTFU care center is represented on the map! By doing so, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the visibility of LTFU care options and supporting cancer survivors in accessing the care they need.
To participate, simply fill out the form provided by PanCare. Your submission will help expand the map and provide a more comprehensive view of LTFU care across Europe.
